We’ve been busy updating guides, graphs and profiles again, and we have a winner of the Maltese Eagle coin

We’ve been working hard to update articles, which we feel is the entire point of them. News articles are written and then fade in popularity, kind of a snapshot in time, but these profiles morph and grow as their subjects do, so need a bit more attention, of course. Updates include, but are not limited to

1. LIMITED SILVER BULLION SERIES by Scottsdale Mint

2. LIMITED NON-CORE BULLION SERIES by the Perth Mint

3. BRITISH MONARCHS by The Royal Mint

4. DEADLY AND DANGEROUS by the Perth Mint

5. WORLD OF CRYPTIDS by the Lithuanian Mint

6. STAR WARS by the New Zealand Mint

7. THE MODERN MUSICAL WORLD on coins

8. MARVEL COMICS on coins

9. HARRY POTTER on coins

In addition, the Bullion Sales page, which tracks the monthly volumes of gold and silver sold by the United States Mint and the Perth Mint, has had a big update, with figures from the first five months of the year added in. It’s always an interesting glance at where things are going, but you need to be a clairvoyant to work out what comes next these days

We thought we’d cracked the server issues, but it still rears its ugly head occasionally, yesterday being a prime example., although we’re incident free most days now. We’re looking at moving to a new ISP, and will do so when we take a couple of weeks off in July or August.

About three weeks ago, we ran an article on the new Maltese Golden Eagle bullion coin from Germania Mint, and the mint was good enough to give us an extra coin to give away. The winner has been contacted (well done John R), but we’ve yet to hear back. If it isn’t claimed by midnight Sunday UK time, we’ll go with the backup name chosen.

Thank you all for reading. If you’d like to support us with a small donation, just use the PayPal link below. As always, it’s definitely appreciated, and very much needed. Have a great week, all.
