Coin’s Today debuts The Divine Weapons, a silver showcase of the legendary armoury of the Greek Gods

What better way to start off 2025 with a new silver series from the kings of the dimensional design, South Korean producer, Coin’s Today. We’re often blown away by some of their unusual, and detailed stackable bullion pieces, but over the last year or so, they’ve been adding some extraordinary designs, fully dimensional, and not meant to be coins or bullion, including Angelic Weapons, and Mythical Beasts.

This latest series is titled ‘The Divine Weapons’ and is similar in concept and execution to the angel weapon range. Here, however, the focus is on other mythology’s, in this case, Ancient Greek. Zeus was the king of the Greek pantheon, and wielded a thunderbolt for a weapon, able to strike down anyone, anywhere. He used it to kill the Titan, Typhon.

Formed in two-ounces of fine silver, antique finished, and sporting partial gilding, this 180 mm long ‘replica’ is quite striking. It’s realised as a double-ended bladed weapon, rather than as a literal piece of lightning, and is all the better for it, in my view. A really beautiful addition to the range, and a fine debut for this particular series. It comes beautifully boxed with a Certificate of Authenticity, and just 500 of these will be produced. Available to order now.
