Shrek is one of the latest movie franchises to make its mark on the coin world, There are currently two producers issuing coins for it, one of which is APMEX with its bullion range, and the other The Coin Company in Australia. The latter have specialised in shaped coins and the new one here is the fourth such issue in its Shrek range, following the Ogre, Donkey, and Puss-in-Boots.

The Gingerbread Man isn’t one of the best known characters in the movies, but fans will know what it is and it’s a logical choice, as the series chooses to pick the more outlandish characters to showcase.
