February 2025: Lots of guide updates in the bullion and numismatic profiles
I’ve been busy updating some of the guides and profiles over the site. It’s a monumentally tedious job, but essential, as nobody wants to look at a profile if it’s full of gaps. I still have a few new ones in the early stages, but it’s a busy time with new releases (I had three come into the inbox in the last hour, so check out those, hopefully tomorrow). Anyway, below is a partial list of the updates, just so you know I haven’t been bunking off today. Don’t forget to keep an eye on the coloured bars on the front page, where these updates usually go up, but there’s quite a few this time.
ANTIQUED ESOTERIC CENTRES by PERTH MINT: Added the new rotating lunar snake.
DEADLY & DANGEROUS by DOWNIES: Added the latest Tiger Snake edition
TUDOR BEASTS by THE ROYAL MINT: Added the Greyhound of Richmond
GERMANIC RUNES by GERMANIA MINT: Added Ingwaz
BIG FIVE by SOUTH AFRICAN MINT: Added the lion and elephant coins for Series III, and compacted the layout for readability
FINE ART BI/TRI METAL by PRECIOUS METAL COLLECTORS: Added the latest Primavera by Sandro Botticelli
BRITISH MYTHS & LEGENDS by THE ROYAL MINT: Added Grendel & the Dragon. The series has now concluded.
SUMMARY BULLION GUIDE by ROYAL AUSTRALIAN MINT: Added gold lunar dragon
SUMMARY BULLION GUIDE by GERMANIA MINT: Added 2025 Germania and Arnhild
SUMMARY BULLION GUIDE by PERTH MINT: Added 2025 Wedge-tailed Eagle, 2024 MC Dragon, Multiple Chinese Myths
There are others (Tarot, Great Greek Mythology, etc.), and I’ve done some, but not all the additions to the Thematic Guides (a particularly onerous mission), but those will have to wait a few days while I catch up on the new releases.
I am not sure, but maybe Tiger Snake “How deadly is it?” color scale is not quite correct…
