Biblical Series 45: Descent of the Spirit (2022 Scottsdale Mint)
Followers of Scottsdale Mint’s epic, decade-long Biblical Series of Gustave Dore inspired coins will be pleased to know it rumbles on. It was June before we saw the first of the six, rapidly followed by the second in July, but we haven’t seen a new issue until now. This is the 45th of the 60 coins in the set, and while it’s clear they won’t get all six of the 2022 coins out before the end of the year, we suspect they will catch up next year.
