One of the most impressive strikes to appear on the market over the last few months, Paris-based Art Mint launched the first in it’s new annual series of Mandala coins with Kalachakra early in June. A big 3oz coin struck in high-relief, it’s an extremely intricate design and despite the near €500 price, has proven extremely popular, with the mint having sold out already. It’s still available from a few dealers worldwide and on the evidence here looks a very worthy buy.
