NZ Mint bullion kicks off a busy 2020 with the APMEX-distributed Mickey & Minnie in gold and silver

It seems that 2020 is going to be as busy as 2019 if the early release of the latest Disney-themed bullion coin is any indicator. These seemingly very popular coins have seen their release schedule increase while the mintages of each design have been reduced to what are very low numbers.

A cute enough coin for the fan, one dripping with the saccharin that epitomises Disney as a brand, it won’t convert those not interested in the chirpy rodent. The 15,000 silver mintage and 100 gold however, mean that stackers might want them for their rarity,which when combined with the subject popularity, means these could be a decent long-term hold if purchase premiums are not excessive.
