Exclusive first look! The Fallen Angel, Lucifer, is brought to life in stackable silver bullion form on the latest from Coins Today

South Korean producer, Coin’s Today, has built itself an enviable reputation for stackable silver bullion, with a range of eclectic, and beautifully realised releases. Encapsulating everything from chess, to history, with some mythology and science thrown in for good measure, they have nevertheless maintained a consistently high quality.

This new release features the fallen angel himself, Lucifer, who is depicted in winged form, carrying a sword, and surrounded by a serpent, and scenes of hell’s army. All of this is done with copious levels of high-relief, and the obverse is a perfect negative image of the reverse face, enabling the coins to be stacked together without capsules. There’s a quite outstanding level of detail here, with the pentagram shaped coin eschewing a rim, for obvious reasons, and packing detail right up to the edge.

As with most of Coins Today’s output in this genre, this is a two-ounce, 0.999 silver piece, that has an unlimited mintage, and comes individually encapsulated. The classic antique finish returns, which suits the theme and the design perfectly. A complex, fine-looking design, it fits into their wider stackable range as well as you’d expect, and should be available to order any time now.
