Earlier this year, Precious Metal Collectors debuted a very cool Velociraptor Egg coin, shaped to depict a hatchling emerging from its egg. An unusual concept, done to encompass both sides of the coin for added realism, it was something different from the norm, and was followed up in September by a similarly realised Chinese Dragon egg design. Both of these were antique-finished.

Adding to the 500 pieces of each issued at the time, PMC have now added partly gilded, and fully gilded variants of both designs, each of which adds another 500 pieces to the total mintage.
